• Nov 2013: Tom is dusting up his liquipotence of French after accepting a postdoc offer at ESRF, Grenoble.

• Nov 2013: Phil's future looks increasingly "Castlely" after accepting a job as a research scientist at an American drug company Aklermes based in Dublin.

• Nov 2013: Grace returns to Nigeria to take up a lectureship. She had been handsomely accompanied by her son Joel for the past two years of her PhD study in Bristol.

• Nov 2013: Beatrice & Julia are both succesful in their application for synchrotron X-ray beamtime to ESRF.

• Oct 2013: Welcome to Christian Redeker who joins the group as a PhD student. Chris has previously undertaken his 4th year project and a summer project in our group, and he is an Everrett Scholar (as his PhD is funded by the Everrett Bequest)!

• Oct 2013: Alex's paper, plainly titled "Macromolecular and superamolecular chirality: A twist in the polymer tales" has been accepted for publicaiton as a Perspective in Polymer International.

• Sep 2013: Georgia has been awarded a COST STMT fellowship to spend 3 weeks at Aarhus University in Denmark with Prof. Jan Pedersen to perform SAXS measurements on her dendrimer nanofluids.

• Sep 2013: Ben and Steve make oral presentations at ECIS conference in Sofia.

• Aug 2013: Tim weds Rachel on a lovely day in Clifton, Bristol!
